DELIVERY:
Your goods are usually delivered within 2-5 working days within Sweden, everything in the shop is something that is in stock if nothing say other.
For campaigns, new launches or holidays, delivery time may be slightly longer.
We ship with PostNord or DHL to your nearest pickup point, unit shipping of 65 SEK within Sweden.
Contact us if you have problems getting the package before the pickup date.
In the case of unpicked packages, an invoice of 150SEK will be sent.
Deliverys outside Sweden are sent by PostNord, DHL or other freight company, see price and delivery time at checkout for your country.
Delivery to Norway - We are VOEC registered, which means that you pay VAT with us, after which there are no additional costs.
PRICES:
All our fabrics are sold in decimeters = 10cm, the price is then given in dm.
Many of our fabrics have a minimum purchase of 3dm (30cm).
Prices are in SEK - Swedish kronor.
DISCOUNTS:
Discounts that have a discount code are entered at checkout under Discount code / gift card.
If you fail to enter a discount code, we can unfortunately not adjust this afterwards, so be sure to check that it has been deducted before you check out at checkout.
RETURN AND ADVERTISING:
You have the right to undo your purchase up to 14 days after you have received your order, provided the item is unwashed and not cut.
If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return postage, you must also ensure that the goods come to us whole and undamaged. It is important that you always contact us before sending back anything.
Should there be anything wrong with the fabric, print, knitting, etc. contact us as soon as possible before washing or cutting the fabric.
Should the fabric be discolored in laundry contact us before putting the scissors in the fabric.
Fabrics that become discolored by other fabrics when washing or bleaching either in laundry or sun are not accepted as a complaint.
